The first story in a four part Saga called '4 Hua Jai Haeng Khun Khao (4 Hearts of the Mountain)'. This story is about the only girl in a group of quadruplets, the beautiful and smart Nam.
Although her and her brothers are all the same age, born at the
same time, and she’s already a practicing doctor, they treat her like the baby.
Din, Lom and Fai chase off every would-be-suitors before Nam even gets a chance
to know whether she likes them or not.
Prince Puwanse of Purawat is visiting Thailand on business,
when suddenly his vehicle escort is stopped in the middle of the road. He’s
beaten and shot before falling into a river. Someone finds him and brings him
to Nam’s hospital for treatment.
